FAMILY LIFE GROUPThe Family Life Group supports and encourages strong marriages and families.
FOLK GROUPThe Folk Group enjoys playing at 5:00 PM Mass on Sunday afternoons. We play a mixture of contemporary up-beat music as well as traditional songs.
We always welcome new members, particularly youth members. If you wish to join us, call the parish centre and ask to be put in touch with Murray about the folk group.
Better yet, simply join us for practice at Foundations of Friendship and Faith at 70 King Street at 3:00 PM on Sunday afternoons.
FOLLOWERS OF JESUS PRAYER AND SCRIPTURE STUDY GROUP
The Followers of Jesus meet every Wednesday evening 7 - 8:30 pm in the parish centre (Queen St. entrance).
JUNIOR CHOIR
The Junior Choir leads the music at Sunday’s 9 am Mass during the school year. Children in grades 2 to 8 are welcome to join. This is a great way for kids to learn to sing and have fun while doing it. It is also a way for them to contribute to the parish liturgy.
Practice is at St. Mary’s and St. Peter’s Schools during the school day.
Children join the choir at school, but they can only sing in the choir if their parents bring them to the 9 am Mass. Come worship with your children and hear them sing!
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUSThe Knights of Columbus is a fraternal society serving Church, community, and family. The Knights are active in parish and community activities. Any male, 18 or over, who is a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church is eligible to join.
LADIES OF COLUMBUS
The Ladies of Columbus are wives and daughters (18 years and older) of Knights of Columbus. Meetings are on the first Monday of each month (except July and August) in the Knights of Columbus Hall.
